We are very sorry about the souvenir shop issue, actually it is open 24/07 and you can just ask our reception at any time to buy souvenir. It was a pity you did not get to buy the souvenir and use our new elevators which are ready for use in 2 days. Dear Ms. Huong, Thank you for your review. This is not what we want to hear at all and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectation. In fact, our hotel has a building block that is currently under construction. However, it's separated from the hotel area so it doesn't affect the hotel environment. Our rooms are located from 4th floor up, the lower floors belong to another business unit which will turn it into a lovely shopping center in the near future. So along your way to the elevator, the sight might not be eye-pleasing and we kindly ask for your understanding on that matter. Other than that, the rooms are totally unaffected and we always make sure they're decent enough to serve our valued guests. We do hope to have another chance to serve you once the extended area of the hotel is done as it features great facilities such as spa, gym, pool, bar, etc. Until then, please have a nice day.
