Nice Hotel
This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay.

The property was very quiet which was nice and what we were looking for. The room was clean and tidy. The outdoor shower was interesting and a nice experience. There was a small problem with towels but this was resolved. The staff were helpful and available.

Nice hotel, Rooms need attention
Hotel stay was very good, pool was nice, breakfast was okay rooms were impressive but looking closer the walls were peppered with what looked like dead insect guts on the walls in a lot and i mean a lot of places. Someone just needs to wipe these off as it does not make the hotel look good. The fancy toilet didn't do any fancy features as they were broken but at least they flushed! Our room had the outdoor bathroom which was really nice. The main annoying feature was the air conditioning not staying on or having a spare key so humidity and time to cool took ages in the room. Staff were nice.

Noisy. Disappointing. Came a long way to stay here
This is a really nice hotel and has all the perfect ingredients to be brilliant. I wasn't pleased with my stay here however. Saw the reviews about this being a quiet and peaceful hotel. I wish I could say this was the case for my stay but it wasn’t. We came over the Vietnamese national holiday, and some local tourists were staying in the hotel. I don’t know who they were, but the staff seemed scared to ask them to be quiet. During the day the parents and children screamed and splashed in the pool, getting the sunbathing guests wet as they rested by the pool. I get that kids will be kids, but a kind word from the staff with a smile could have easily sorted this out. Every kept getting splashed. Even the local parents were yelling. Later these parents were singing songs and played guitar until 23:00 at night. Despite us asking the staff to kindly ask them to be quiet, nothing was done. This is a small hotel, with the villas facing the pool, so all major noise from that area is heard in the bedrooms (which doesn't bode well if you want to be woken up in the morning by noise from the pool) - I guess your experience really does depend on who your fellow guests are. For us, we were very unlucky.

Great hotel. Staff brilliant. Good location. Just far enough away from the craziness. They have free bikes to use so it’s I five minute ride in to the centre. Rooms lovely with very comfortable beds. All at a great price.

Just loved this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave you are treated well. Rooms are modern and spotless. Our room was next to the pool which was great. Breakfast was really good with both asian and western choices.

A pearl of a hotel in Hanoi.
The Hanoi Pearl was perfect for a quick visit to Hanoi. Great central location, nice rooms, wonderful service & complete breakfast. We took advantage of the spa which was nice, and the rooftop deck was the perfect spot for a beer at the end of a busy day exploring Hanoi. Also, the staff was very helpful with great information about the city.

Couple holiday in Vietnam
The hotel location was located next to paddy fields. It was nice waking up with fresh air and greenery. On the flip side the hotel is a bit far from the town centre, 15-20 minutes walk. We caught taxis every time we went to town and back. It was very affordable. The staff were most helpful. It was a nice hotel and will definitely recommend it.

Well designed hotel with pool close to Hoi An old
Very well equipped and laid-oit small hotel a short walk from the old town. Centered around a pool faicing rice fields. Great service from the fabulous staff. Bikes available for use if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and was sad to only stay a couple of nights

All around great hotel. While not right in the heart of Hoi An, you’re close enough to bike or even walk to everything. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is amazing and it is very quiet. Finally, the staff are all super friendly and very helpful. For the combo of price/location/service and amenities you’d be hard pressed to find a better hotel. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 we enjoyed it so much.

Great room and comfy bed!!
The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfy! This hotel is good and very attended to details! It has pool. However, I booked his hotel because it has gym (I am a big runner), gym’s equipment is very old and most of equipment don’t work. The only trackmill is broken. If you booked this hotel because of gym then you need to consider. Otherwise, this hotel is very good and worth the money! It takes 20 mins walking to Ancient town. You can use their bike (10 mins to ancient town) I still highly recommended it to everyone except gym.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Amazing first impressions, the hotel is only small with 15 beautiful rooms. The pool and surroundings are picture perfect. It’s roughtly a 15-20minute walk to the old town. We didn’t go to the beach because it’s an hour walk and I wasn’t brave enough to cycle. The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive and helpful with any question or when booking a trip.

Fantastic small boutique hotel
This was an amazing little find. The rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. We opted for ground room looking onto pool. Pool was very clean and more than adequate. Lovely gardens and overlooking rice paddie field. Staff very acommadating. Food and drinks all very reasonably priced. There are pushbikes for free use too if you want to get out and do some exploring. Located about 15 minute walk into Hoi An Old town with all the hustle and bustle of markets, food, drinks and Tailors. Night time very pretty with lanterns all lit up. Could not recommend Azumi Villas and Hotel highly enough. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, and Relaxing
We stayed at the hotel with my wife for 2 days. The villa type room was enough large and clean. The electronic toilet nozzle in bathroom was not enough clean, but it's acceptable. The hotel atmosphere was generally calm and relaxing because the hotel is little bit far from center of Hoi An. Bicycles can be freely used to go to downtown and it takes about 7,8 minutes.

Seeeexy little spot in a beautiful city!
What a great little spot! We opted for a pool view room, it was soooooo romantic! Views of pool AND rice paddy from other window. They loaned us bikes and it was 10 minutes MAX ride to old town. We also had great massages at a spa recommended by the front desk. Would recommend to EVERYONE!

Good hotel with fantastic pool
Comfortable and well-appointed room. Our room had a private garden with an outdoor tub but we ended up using the excellent pool mostly. Better than expected breakfast buffet. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Good value. I would recommend staying there.

Great place with amazing pool and super nice staff but too many buts to make it perfect. 1st. Location too far from old town and its bars and restaurants. Picked a dive close by but wanst impressed with the food. 2nd. Got room on ground floor with view of security hut. Zero privacy. Didnt feel safe. Wanted to change but receptionist said they were fully booked. 3rd. Drinks seriously overpriced. 4th. The room had separate shower and separate toilet but sink was in the actual room. Call me a prude but i do like to brush my teeth in private. All in all good, just fissapointed with the room and distance from ood town.

Little jewel in the rice field
Warm welcome, beautiful place, well situated away from the more noisy part of Hoi An. Great breakfast with a seat buy the pool with a view on the rice field. Accès to bicycles so you can visite all around Hoi An and a little beyond (if your in good enough shape).

Hidden gem in Hoi An
Just 10-15 min walk from the Hoi An ancient town an they provide free bicyle with locks to travel around. 20 min away to the beach the bicycle. Very quiet, brand bew and well design hotel with a nice pool. The service is awesome just like everywhere else in Vietnam. The staff is always trying to exceed the expectation! No need to add picture since the hotel photo are really accurate!

Nice Hotel, not too far from the centre
We had an amazing stay at the Azumi Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Only negative point was that they ran out of hot water because of the cold winter.

Lovely stay at a lovely hotel.
We absolutely loved the hotel and staff. The rooms were very modern and spacious and clean. Only negative for us was the weather was poor and the walk into town was irritating due to the amount of motor bikes and fumes!! The hotel did provide bikes, but my wife was not happy to cycle in the traffic.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!
This is an amazing Hotel. It's not a five star hotel but a quaint little boutique hotel that over looks the most lush padi fields. If you are some one who wants to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the market place and in the middle the shopping area, then this is not the place for you. But if you are people like us who wanted the quiet but still be close enough to get to the Market and Ancient town without much hassle then this hotel would be just the right fit. They have a lovely complimentary breakfast, with both Vietnamese and continental options. Their restaurant menu too has very delicious options... and their bar menu has a variety as well. On the food and drink front you are covered very well. The most amazing part of this hotel however is the staff. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing these people are. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you. If I start telling you about each and everyone of them I will run out of space. Please visit this hotel! They will take extremely good care of you and will make your holiday all the more special.

New hotel so everything is in very good condition. Staff is very friendly. Lots of local food in the direct surroundings. We do not mind walking but the bicycles come in handy. You only have to be careful when airing the room that no mozzies will come in as there are no screens.

Great hotel
We enjoyed our stay at Azumi. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel has free bikes and free umbrellas which was very helpful as it was raining while we were there. The rooms are spacious and very clean and well kept.

Near but Far
Azumi is located a short bike ride from Hoi An Old Town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle if you want a night off from the touts. Ticks all the boxes with the standard extras.....wifi/breakfast/good sized pool/plenty of cafes nearby and if they add cocktails to their drinks menu I'd then give them 5/5. Thanks to all the friendly staff, especially Xuan and Huong who made our stay hassle free and very pleasant.

We absolutely loved Azumi Villas. The location is excellent, restaurants & shops nearby. It’s set back off the street so minimal noise & with one whole side overlooking a rice paddy it’s a sanctuary of tranquility & calm. It is well designed & tastefully decorated with an obvious attention to detail. Building quality is obviously high as the rooms are very quiet. Fresh & clean inside, king sized beds are super comfortable & plenty of big, fluffy towels are provided. Great water pressure, air con works well & there’s also a ceiling fan. Lots of space to sit - separate lounge & desk. I loved the outside bathroom (there is an inside one as well) & private garden but there is also seating provided on the front deck overlooking the pool & garden. The pool area is spacious, lots of umbrellas & the pool has a shallow end by the restaurant for drinks. There’s also a well equipped gym! The restaurant is great & the breakfast buffet covers all the necessary items (fruit, pastries, bread, cereals, meats & eggs cooked to order as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes). Food is fresh, lots of variety & always a cool breeze blowing through. So many small things enhanced our stay but most importantly - the Azumi staff are outstanding. Big smiles, patient with our questions & helpful with our enquiries. Reception, security, maintenance, grounds staff & housekeeping were all exceptional & went out of their way to meet our needs every day. Azumi is a very special boutique property.

Peaceful, romantic, quiet -- highly recommend
Hoi An was our last spot on a two week tour of Vietnam, and Azumi was the perfect place to stay on our last leg. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Ancient Town, so it's close but far enough away to be very peaceful. And it's right next to a rice paddy, which is very cool. Our Executive Suite was spacious and comfortable...there's even an outside toilet and shower, which was a fun option. Couldn't really get the movie streaming to play in our room, but we were out most of the time so it didn't matter. Pool is amazing. The dining area opens up out into the pool so they can bring you drinks while you're in the pool...there are even stools and little tables down on that end so you can sit in the pool while you drink. The staff was super nice. We got in at about 11pm to check on and someone was waiting up for us with drinks and pastries. They were always very helpful whenever we had questions too. We stayed there three nights, and I'd absolutely stay there again.

A serene escape
The Azumk is beautiful, bucolic little place tucked back from the bustle of Hoi An. With a perfectly appointed pool surrounded by serene rice fields on one side, yet walking distance to the ancient town, this hotel is quite ideal. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, and feature both an indoor and outdoor bathroom (and heated toilet!?) and shower - perfect for a quick rinse and for staying out of the wife's way while she gets ready :) The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff were all exceedingly gracious and friendly. I do wish there was a picture of the separate beds setup we had, as it was not what was expected, but the room was still very nice. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Hoi An!

Nice friedly boutique hotel
Azumi Villa Hoi An is a nice boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in family room and the room is spacious. The hotel is just next to the paddy field and the view is awesome. Overall we have a wonderful stay in this hotel.

Amazing, but make sure to use the hotel bikes
One of the most fabulous hotels ever! Loved the separate washroom facility, and the separate shower facility (a couple can do their individual business in two separate rooms). The island bed was comfortable. Lighting was modern, and abundant, with many differing features (from nightlight to bright light). The pool was spectacular, with the swim up bar. Loved to use the complimentary bikes provided by the hotel. They made transportation easier to get around, otherwise, it's a long walk, or frequent taxi rides to touristy places. Not so much of a nightlife near the hotel either. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Service was excellent.
