The best experience had so far. Room was exceptionally clean. Staffs were super friendly, well mannered and had solutions for all my request. I am definitely coming back again. Kudos to all staffs of the property.

This hotel is ok to get your head down for one night. It’s not the cleanest one we’ve been to in India but is very convenient for the airport. The ‘ restaurant’ is not great for evening dining, there were no staff when we arrived, and when we did find someone, I think the food was ordered in from somewhere and we were unable to pay by card as their machine was not accepting international cards. I would recommend dining somewhere else.

The food was very good in the 24/7 restaurant. The amenities were best good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The property is a little dated and in need of upgrade to qualify as 5 star.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She told me it was her second-best birthday ever, which says everything. From the moment she arrived, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The atmosphere, the comfort, and the overall experience made her feel special, which was exactly what I wanted. She couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed the stay and how relaxed and happy she felt the entire time. It meant a lot to me to hear how much she loved it, and I’m really glad I chose this place for such an important occasion. Thank you for helping create such a memorable experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to make a special moment even more meaningful.

3rd stay at Novotel but this time both my friends and I didn’t sleep in both rooms we received. Noisy and pounding. Placed on 3 rd floor, gym and spa on 2 nd floor.
