"Gorgeous, well appointed Tahoe beach house. Shout out to Melanie for a smooth checkin, and keeping the house well stocked.Massive dock perfect for lounging tying up boats. (Thank you Tahoe Wakebusters for delivering two boats for us this weekend - highly recommend pairing this house with a boat rental!)Sandy beach was perfect for volleyball and badminton."

"The house was as described. Guests should know that check-in details are emailed from a third party and are not accessible through the app (nor are searchable thru email via Vrbo). The Meeks Bay Pass was missing and we covered that on our own unfortunately. One thing to note is if you visit in late summer or during a heat wave, the house is enterable in the evenings and through the night. Other than those few somewhat minor things, we had ample space and the kids really enjoyed the games/Legos. The home was clean and well-stocked. The home was close enough to beaches/parks, hikes, Emerald Bay, and the four restaurants in Tahoma. We would stay again during a different time of year."

"Rental company was extremely responsive! We walked into a very clean house. Property was great! It has a bit of wear and tear and I believe the rental company will be very responsive to our suggestions, especially the need of a new fridge since the current fridge is 2002 model. It doesn't match the other superior kitchen appliances. A couple of things to note if you are a boater and using the dock to bring your own boat: 1. You can't leave your trailer in the driveway, so plan ahead where you will store it. 2. This particular property is next to the entrance for the barge that comes in to clean all the weeds, and as such, the side yard is empty and lots of geese and geese poop. You can buy geese deterrent items and should do so prior to your visit and bring them with you. Otherwise you will be hosing massive amounts of poop off the dock and your boat deck which is a bit of a daily chore. 3. Ask for a tool to clean up the weeds around the dock. We couldn't find one, but we noticed many neighbors and locals using a special tool to clean the weeds around the dock. We would absolutely stay at this property again if the fridge is replaced. The neighbors were friendly, and there is a lot of space to relax."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfy bedrooms, functional kitchen with enough dishware, glasses and implements. We used the property for a boy's weekend away for scuba classes in nearby meek's Bay. Filled that objective admirably!"
