This hotel it is a 3 stars. Cookers Kenny and Veronica were very good and their calabaza and chicken soup were the best!!! Very clean and bed is good! The building it is very noisy!! You can hear she people are using the bathroom. Also they have a roof top and when they have party it is very annoying and very loud! The staff are very attentive and they have airport service too. Each one of their staff are amazing!! It is 30 minutes from the Plaza Mayor by taxi.

I loved the restaurant and free breakfast; dinner was delicious. Front staff were very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views of the city below. Only downside: noises carry throughout the rooms (barking dogs outside, doors slamming, etc).

This hotel is great! It is clean and more modern than other hotels in the city. It even has a restaurant on the second floor and a bar on the rooftop. Breakfast is included and tasty. The only downside is that it is kind of far from the historic center. We stayed here on our way back from Machu Picchu, so the distance didn’t bother us as much since we already stayed in Cusco on the way up. It’s worth staying at if you don’t mind being a little further from the main city center or if you’re just passing through!

I am extremely satisfied with my start at ayni. The staff are helpful and always look to help you as much as possible. The best part of the hotel are the rooms, the beds are comfortable and they come with nice warm blankets for the night colds. If this is not enough there is an great heating system inside the room. The bathroom is clean and with new appliances. The hotels has a buffet for breakfast that is nicely suitable for all tastes. I did not have chance to try they rooftop bar, but what I saw in the mornings is a nice play to spend during the night with the city. Overall I recommend this place.

Loved the view, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room beautiful. It's up the hill from town but there's a bus for 1 sole each which is well worth getting familiar with. Use the app Moovit, has all the bus schedules.

At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new. Breakfast first day was made to order, second was buffet. The only drawback for us was that it was father from the city centre and needed a taxi to meet with friends.

The good thing is that they provide free airport pick-up or drop-off. The first night we were happy to be welcomed by a young lady who was helpful. The booked triple room is OK. Upon arrival, the ceiling light in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom floor was not draining well. There was hair and dust on the floor and below the beds. When we left, the staff forgot to prepare a grab-to-go breakfast bag though they promised to let us have it for early departure.

The property was clean Easy access by uber Great view of the city from our bedroom Breakfast cook was so nice and accomodating. She even made us breakfast to go as our tour was leaving really early before breakfast is served. Overall, all staff was great

Stay was just perfect from helpful, kind, friendly and respectful staff; very clean rooms; adequate breakfast. Area is a bit fat from the historical center of Cusco(around 20 minutes walk downhill) but you need to take taxi or Uber going back if you are not fit to walk back to the hotel. No restaurants nearby but hotel has in-house resto that served great and tasty food.
