Took zero notice of my room request. Despite requesting at check in, receptionist couldn't be bothered to look at my request either, really bad service. Despite a recent refurbishment, the door didn't close properly and let much sound it from outside. The walls are paper thin, so I got to learn some new Spanish words from the energetic couple next door. You could also hear people go to the toilet, really not nice. I used to stay in a lot of NHs, and gave up about a decade ago as thought it was a bad chain. My last two stays at NH have reiterated that view, and I will a kid booking at NH where possible.
