Hotel facilities are better than you could wish for, great gym, breakfasts amazing... staff helpful, friendly and obliging at all times. The hotel is quite clean and service is great (once you’re inside) however the local area is very quiet and feels quite dangerous to be out at night. We arrived from north Switzerland with two big bags of luggage on the train and called the hotel for a shuttle bus or assistance and they told us there was a back entrance which was a shortcut to the hotel from the station. Little did we know that there was about 50 stairs to climb to get to the hotel. If you go around the front it is also up hill...
