  • Welcome to Nini's Home, a cozy chalet nestled in the peaceful setting of Schignano—perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay just minutes from Lake Como. Spread over two levels, the house accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Thanks to its location and mountain-style architecture, it stays pleasantly cool even in summer.



    Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with barbecue and a terrace where you can unwind surrounded by greenery. Inside, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts to make you feel at home. Pets are welcome, and free parking is available on the main road nearby. For a special moment of relaxation, a private hot tub is available upon request for an extra fee.

Wundervolles Haus

Pros: Das Haus war ein Traum für uns. Sehr gemütlich, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, auch die Ausstattung ist super. Der Garten war ganz sehr schön groß und eingezäunt, perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir können nichts bemängeln. Das Haus und die Lage ist perfekt zum runterkommen und zu Häfen und Ortschaften am Comer See ist es auch nicht weit. Immer wieder gerne

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit Komfort und idyllischer Lage.

Pros: Wir haben eine gastfreundliche Paola vorgefunden, ein sehr schön eingerichtes Ferienhaus in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage. Der Whirlpool war eine absolute Bereicherung. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes, charmantes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht

Pros: Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund ideal, mit einem riesigen Garten in dem sich unser Hund austoben konnte. Auch zum Wandern ideal, nur eine gute Stunde von zwei sehr schönen Aussichtspunkten über den Comer See. Vor allem auch einen großen Dank an Paola, eine sehr liebenswerte und tolle Gastgeberin, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohl erkundigt hat. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst.
