"You cant beat the location of this hotel, right next ro the train and boat station, right next to Piazza de Duomo and all the shops and restaurants. Just walk out and you are on the waterfront! Breakfast is great, staff are lovely and most of the hotel has been refurbished and is looking great! Some areas I imagine are still needing to be done, but does not spoil the stay. The room is large and the bathroom is clean and fresh (massive bathtub, the shower space is a little small, but again absolutely fine). We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%!"

"The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano."

"Everything was awesome"

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."
