"I took my mother to Mexico City for a special occasion and Gran Hotel Ciudad did not disappoint! It was a beautiful and convenient location that offered the best in Mexican luxury and hospitality. When we checked out of the hotel, the staff was very accommodating to get us a driver for our final day and to the airport. His name was Flavio and he was AMAZING!!! "Amazing location! And very friendly staff. It was getting hot so it wasn’t ideal that they didn’t have AC (we did see them install new ACs in some rooms when we were checking out so check with them). Good thing is that the place is quiet and not full when we were there so we were able to open our door when we’re up to let the cool air in. Beds are very firm. I’d stay here again tho if just for the location."
