"The Green zone part of this hotel is excellent even though it is across the road from the main resort and not on the beach. The rooms and location were far superior to that of the main hotel in my opinion. "Beautiful place and can’t beat it for the price! We stayed for a couple days and although the facilities could use some TLC it was incredible. The breakfast was not a buffet, but understandable as there were only two couples while we stayed(just out of rainy season not so busy). We were served fried eggs, toast, Pho, fresh fruit, veggies, etc. The staff was very welcoming and the owner was super friendly and personable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and walking through the alleys...
