Great location. Great staff at the front desk, especially Tracy. Very helpful and honest. I was looking for a hairdresser, and Tracy recommended her salon, which was superb. Breakfast was good. Tracy Helped us book our flights to Can Tho, with the site being in Viet and wasn't translating. They organized our island tour. Seamless process. Shuttle back to airport. Would recommend this property.

Great location—just a short walk to the night market and plenty of local restaurants. Our room was spacious, and the comfortable bedding made for a restful night’s sleep. The concierge staff was friendly and attentive. They took care all local bookings for us. Breakfast selection offered a good variety to start the day right.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful especially Pham (Wade) who accommodated all our needs. Lots of restaurants are near by. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal with lots of selections. Definitely will stay at this hotel again if we come back.

The staff are friendly, helpful and kind, we were upgraded to much bigger room without surcharge, due to illnesses. The hotel has beach access, the disadvantages was NOT Beach front. Like to stay longer should it has beach front.

The location of this hotel was approx. 2 minutes from the beach and as close to any restaurant that you could imagine. The breakfast at the hotel was exquisite. The staff were eager to assist with any request and always with a smile. The room was large and had lots of storage space. We would return in heart beat.

Lovely Victorian type hotel with a beautiful rooftop view, bar and swimming pool. The location was very good for me as I am a walker. A very good morning breakfast, just wish they offered some bigger cups for us foreigners, who live on coffee ☕️ All the hotels I have stayed at here in SE Asia, position their bathroom lights behind you, if trying to look in the mirror. I’m old and need better lighting to see my ugly mug😅 Over the sink and mirror lighting please.

Everything was great and convenient. Free transfer to/from airport, spacious clean room, sea view with daily sunset, amazing breakfast, friendly people, beach nearby, walking distance to shops, restaurants. I do not even know what else to say. Noon check out. Do not remember the price I paid, but I am sure, not much. Anyways, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at AVS, check-in and out was easy and staff were helpful. The room and hotel itself seemed a little bit outdated but was clean with no major issues. The beach was a very short walk away however, we wished we knew that the hotel does not have a designated seating area so we either had to shack up at a beach bar or rent seats from another hotel. There are lots of dining options nearby, a 24hr convenience store with laundry services a couple minutes walk away. Breakfast was included and did the job, nothing spectacular.

Phenomenal stay with sea view

This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam for our 2-week trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. We booked the sea view, which was very nice. The hotel let us checked in early without additional cost. Breakfast was phenomenal with different dishes every morning. FREE shuttle bus to and from hotel, which I wasn’t aware until checked out. So we took the hotel free shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay at AVS. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next visit.

AVS Hotel Phu Quoc

Excellent location. Very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with prompt service when asked. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect for watching the sunset every evening. Food at the buffet was plenty and catered to western and Asian food. Great selection of dishes. The only issue was the temperature of the hot food in the serving trays. It wasn’t hot, just warm and at times room temperature. Same with items under the heat lamps, which 2 were not working. This was the only issue with the complete stay here. Excellent value for the price
