Large Room from the 1990s, with an air con that I’m unsure actually works. Bed ok, sheets and pillows fairly good. Huge construction site across the road and under the flight path, but may be ok if in a rear room with the windows closed. Also room is around a 1km walk from reception, which is bizarre because surely they could use a computer there with a safety deposit box to avoid that completely. That said, North Adelaide is really nice and the concierge all but feeling like they were in a different suburb to the room, were nice.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. I asked for a quiet room however they chose to give me a room between the lift and housekeeping which was the opposite of quiet. Not sure why a simple request was not only ignored but chose to put me in a room where outside noise was maximised.

Beautiful hotel and facilities, lovely pool and spa. Staff very friendly.
Difficulty being placed in a room near the lifts and construction, staff were helpful in moving us but we were unfortunately placed next to the lifts on the other side. Definitely tainted the experience and ability to relax.
