This was a beautiful place! The owners are so kind and the breakfast was delicious. They have a lake on the property and you can use the canoes they leave for free! They also have life jackets. Just an amazing little gem and would reccomend to anyone! Very reasonable for the amenities. Will come again!!

This is the nicest place we’ve stayed at on this trip. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice walk to a small lake. Room was spotless and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the property was beautiful with lots of space to walk (lawns and trails) and play outside for kids. Parking was close to the accommodations. I will definitely stay here again!

Very happy with our stay at the Sunshine Inn - clean and comfortable with welcoming staff. Enjoyed the breakfasts and loved the chance to take a canoe out on the lake (safety vestswete provided).

Owners are friendly, hard working couple and it shows. Breakfast was delicious, the grounds are groomed. Walking trails and the lake are an unexpected bonus. We stayed for 6 nights and were not disappointed! Thankyou Sunshine Inn!

Clean hotel, with rooms cleaner than some bigger hotels. Wifi is excellent, best we have seen in our travels throughout Nova Scotia. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The Sunshine Inn is a gem of an old-school motel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and ready to make your stay relaxing. An added bonus is the facility: outside firepit and lawn games, short walk to a beautiful pond with a canoe and space to swim. Wish we'd stayed longer...

Lorsque j'ai réservé je ne recherchais qu'un endroit pour dormir entre deux destinations. Quelle belle destination! C'est la preuve d'un couple qui a la vocation et qui aime les gens. Il y avait tout plein de petits détails qui faisaient en sorte qu'on se sentait les bienvenus. Voir les photo, dont celle du message de bienvenue. Ils ont préparé un cahier avec tout plein d'informations sur les attraction du coin et le menu pour le déjeuner sublime. Déjeuner à l'assiette avec vrai sirop d'érable qu'ils vendent également pour ceux qui veulent en rapporter: crèpes au chocolat ou bleuets, oeufs, céréales, gruau... Je recommande fortement à tous.

The Sunshine Inn was perfect for myself and my 2 adult daughters. We only stayed one night but enjoyed all that it offered. Breakfast was very good and with gluten free options it was perfect for my daughter. Lovely shirt walk down to a lake and the girla had a nice swim and enjoyed the raft. Definitely would stay there again

Keeping in mind this is a little stop over or a 1 nighter...it has what you'll need. Its not spacious but sufficient. Just dont have the coffee in the rooms...its terrible. Friendly staff and beautiful area.

The refrigerator was much larger than expected - held all our ice packs that stayed frozen for our trip home -also large enough to hold all the food we travelled with !! Everything you would want while travelling was there - electric kettle !!, microwave,mugs, glasses, etc, good amount of tv channels Super clean and updated rooms -bathroom was cleanest and nicest I've ever seen while travelling !! Super friendly owners. Dining room spotless and great choices for breakfasts and well prepared food. Grounds were well kept and very appealing to the eye. Everything well done by the owners and our stay was delightful.
