"The only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom. It was such a high step up to get in and out of the bathroom - it was dangerous for all ages."

"The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately the toiletries are not in the room only in the onsen which I didn’t find ideal. The garbages in the rooms are really tiny and I’m all for sustainability but this doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you’re catering to travellers in a City that doesn’t provide garbage facilities leaving them no choice but to bring it back to their hotels. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff. I just wanted to point out a couple things that could use tweaking. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa. The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, but still connected to the charm of Kanazawa. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service."

"The room was very clean and breakfast was okay, though it didn’t have many vegetarian items. However, the shampoo/ conditioner combo made my hair very frizzy and unmanageable. The bed was very narrow and seemed smaller than a normal twin. The worst part was the laundry facilities. They were nearly always in use, which was odd for such a small hotel on a weekday. I had to wait half a day and stand in line for 40 minutes just to do laundry. People would leave their laundry in the machine for 30+ minutes after it finished and the staff didn’t do anything about it although they could see there was a line of people waiting for the machines."

"絶対オススメしないホテル。 様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。 しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。 状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。 早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。 未だに砺波という地域名自体も語りたくないと奥さんと話している状態。何故なら使った地域のタクシーにもボラれたからだ。新高岡駅に着いた瞬間にメーターを自分で上げていたからだ。地域性も気に食わないところ。二度と行きたくない。 "
