"We had an amazing stay at this ski-in/ski-out place. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—being able to step right onto the slopes made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. "The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "

"Two twin bedrooms were OK. One bunkbed room has a window for fresh air, the other one was an inside bunkbed room without fresh etc.The location was good, but the way to the centre was steep for walking. The dining table area is rather small if you stay with 8 people."

"We were a family group of 7 adults, incl three couples and the property was perfect for us. We cooked in several nights and appreciated a well equipped kitchen and induction hob. There was plenty of living space to enjoy board games and the property was v close to local restaurants, bars, shops and most importantly a v short walk to the ski slopes. The apartment was warm, had excellent wifi and the bathrooms clean and functional. The host was responsive and helpful. We would like to come again"

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."
