"Staff was excellent"

"2 things. 1. The pool was closed for major maintenance issues. It would have been nice to have known that before I booked our 2 day stay. 2. The floor in the bathroom was tiled with the same synthetic flooring as the whole place. It is not designed to be in wet environments and dirty water gets down between the tiles and bubbles up when you step on it! Gross! There were dirty lines soaked into the bath mats!"

"We absolutely loved the Westin, and the restaurant/bar Kachina inside the hotel. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole property is so nice, with a beautiful walking area outside the hotel as well. We will be back."

"Excellent stay. Food great. Morning breakfast staff very helpful and polite. Very charming felt at home. Rooms were clean and temperature just right. Room service was very fast when extra pillows were requested. Only compliant would be barking dog at night and a meowing cat in morning in another room"
