"Even after we reserved a room — and paid for it! — this hotel denied us a room, saying it was full. To its credit, they found us another room much farther on the outskirts of town that was nice. But we met two other groups of people who had also had the same thing happen to them by this hotel THAT DAY! Locals said this hotel has been "reserving" rooms and then denying them to people once they show up for years. I strongly encourage people to not book at this hotel."
