"Room was big, clean and very nice. Considering the cost, it really is very good. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and right across the street from the Red Coach bus line. There is a city bus right near the hotel that goes to the airport. Staff was very nice and helpful. Downside: Laundry room still requires change and crossing the street from bus station to hotel can be difficult. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"We came in late the day of our booking, the gentleman greeted us with a smile and promptly got us to our room. I didnt have a credit card and he took a cash deposit and we got it right back the morning of checkout. They had great staff that met us with a smile and made us feel wanted. I definitely recommend Sonesta for cleanliness, staff and continental breakfast was better than most hotels."
"This is the fourth time that me and my family stay at this Hotel. If you want to be treated 5 STARS!!! This is IT!!! Super comfortable to be with your family. From the PROFESSIONAL STAFF, to the Rooms, and HIGH QUALITY BREAKFAST!!! Breakfast made to order, super DELICIOUS!!! And the Waiters treatment towards me and my family!!! I want to thank the Waiter SHABAN!!! He treated me and my family AMAZING!!! The service is EXCELLENT!!! And he is always making sure we have everything we need! And I want to also Thank the front desk staff, Ms Gina. Since me and my family walked through the doors she was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. She treated us AMAZINGLY and always wanted to make sure everything was ok in the rooms and if we ever needed anything to let her know.
