"Poor experience. Poor lobby appearance, not here clean hotel in general. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are old. My son locked himself in the bathroom, the response of the person at the front desk, who didn’t look like she wanted to be there, was “there’s no maintenance available at this time.” I said “Maintenance or no maintenance, my son is still in there. Don’t you have a master key?” She handed me a key chain with 20 keys and “try these.” None of them worked. I ended up forcing one of them in and was able to free my son. The phone in my room didn’t even work. That same person strongly knocked on our door the next morning and woke us up to get the keys back. The shower was also bad, very tricky to get the water temperature right. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. "

"The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, the room was missing a smoke detector, there was a door to the adjoining room which the lock was broken, the front door did not lock tight enough for 2 women and 2 kids. Too many men checking in. Only saw one female (the receptionist). There also doing work on the building so the entire first floor was vacant. To creepy and too old for us. The elevator looked to be falling apart too. Couldn't bring myself to stay, our sixth sense was exploding. Moved to the doubletree. Women please stay away!!!"
