"The property exceeded our expectations. We had a last minute stay due to a flight cancellation and although the property is a bit dated, it was very clean and had great amenities. "

"The staff was outstanding. Quick to respond to our needs. High humidity made our room stale, even with the air-conditioning on the room felt damp. The room was clean. An update in the tub would be useful. The handle to the tub was difficult to turn on. Staff replaced towels daily and remade our bed as expected. Our room close to the pool area, the pool isnt heated but in warmer month's would be fine. We would stay here again. The price and access to local restaurants and the convention center were perfect."

"If you are exhausted and tired after traveling and want a hot bath for you or your family members do not come here! If all you care about is showers, you will be fine. There are two bathtubs in this unit, one of them is a soaking tub. It runs out of hot water about halfway through filling. It’s impossible for two baths to run at the same time and maintain hot water. The first night we arrived after traveling all day and were unable to all take showers and baths. I texted and emailed and didn’t hear back until the next day and was told it takes 45 minutes to reset and reheat. So we were stuck with timing our baths to keep hot water. Not sure why they don’t have a tankless water heater. Also request a top floor unit or you will not get any sleep. We were on the second floor and I woke up every morning to the sound of pounding running footsteps above me and back pain from the mattresses. There are only blinds and no room darkening curtains as well. The place is beautiful and spacious and clean and stocked with amenities but the whole purpose of going on vacation is to have a warm bath and a good night’s sleep, and I didn’t have either of those. Management would not remedy. "
