"Room was excellent very clean and comfortable for 1 adult and 2 14 year olds. Check in staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast area needs to be more organised. Ran out of cups..food ingredients..messy areas. Staff seemed stressed and over worked. Clearly need to employ an extra member of staff to overcome this. A long wait to get served which was an issue for some older guests. It wasnt the stress free start I needed. Its a shame as the hotel was lovely apart from the chaotic breakfast area."
