2/10 Terrible

"Many issues. Staff didn't seem bothered. No drinking water/fountains in foyer. Learnt later on that it was in the gym on the 2nd floor. Outdoor temperature scorching and no water. However, they were happy TO SELL bottles at reception. On arrival, there was complimentary coffee in the foyer. However, no milk or cream. When I asked at reception, she said that housekeeping were too busy. I parked the car. When I came back, the coffee urn was empty. Again, she blamed housekeeping and said that they wouldn't be replenishing it. Coffee dispenser COMPLETELY REMOVED at 10pm, as this is their rules. Basically, they didn't care about supplying any form of liquid, even in the Miami heat. I've stayed at Comfort Inns many times before. This was the worst. Particularly disappointing, as I'd travelled from the UK and ESPECIALLY chose their hotel. Breakfast was the worst that we've had in a hotel. Their cooked breakfast was just egg and sausage, nothing more. We just felt uncomfortable during our stay and couldn't wait to leave."

"Everything was excellent about this property except the food we ordered in room for dinner was over cooked and French fries, empanadas chicken tenders hard and cold for that price to include high tax and gratuity charges I can’t believe I didn’t go downstairs to complain and get a refund or made them redo all that food ! Over 100 hundred dollars but we didn’t ! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends but tell them about the restaurant and prices . Construction didn’t bother us around the area we had a great view of waterways !"

"Front reception was very rude, I don’t know if they are overworked or just rude. I felt like I was checking in to a one star hotel, I asked the front desk attendant who checked me in, I think her name is Sabrina if she knows or any Cigar lounges in the area, and her answer was very rudely “use Google”."

"My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Miami was absolutely exceptional. Every member of the team from the concierge and front desk staff to room service, dining, and pool staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail was truly remarkable. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of our experience was seamless and enjoyable. It's rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to guest satisfaction, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort they put into making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and highly recommend."

"When I booked the hotel, I really used the pictures and comments to help me decide. I feel like Hotels.com does not do their due diligence to preview and critic the hotels they list on their website. I feel this website (hotels.com) has a responsibility on what they promote on their sites. I am very disappointed. Pool was green, always had to ask for towels, no hand soap (apparently don't use hand soap), never provided sheets for the pull-out couch, my son saw a coach roach, minimal kitchen ware and in the office, I saw multiple keys to my room which heightened my "safety" issue. Seeing so many keys available in the office should require a dead bolt on the room door. I would NEVER stay here again and would never recommend it. I have stayed in many boutique hotels along the coast from ft Lauderdale to the keys and this was unfortunately the worst."
