Toilet was broken - never came to fix
Had a onsite wedding which restricted use of the property
The breakdown of the wedding setup went all night and up to midnight - extremely noisy
The Spa (a major selling point of the property) was not open."

"The staff is great! The property is old and needs updating. The bathrooms are really yucky. Small the tub is stained. We had to be moved because our first bathtub had stains and divots. The rooms are set up for 2 people, not for families. You’ll need to ask for towels if you’re traveling with more than 2.
All that but the staff we super nice. "
