Very good hotel. Big room, big bathroom, big comfy bed. Fast wi-fi. Nice filling breakfast. Bus stop right outside and supermarkets nearby. Definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very good and varied and all measures were taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The glassware was kept in an UV cupboard for disinfection. The buffet was kept behind a glass panel. The only downside was the lack of parking onsite, but we parked on the street overnight.

good hotel with some things to be improved
location very good . comfortable beds. Great Breakfast. Some facilities were not so good. The elevator did not work the whole first day. We needed an extra pillow and there were none at the hotel! The room telephone did not work

Hotel in a good location.
The hotel is located near to the center and the staff is friendly. In the day we came the elevator was broken and did not work for more than one day. The room we received was equipped with a relatively small bed, and the outside wall blocked the window.

Good breakfast. Lunch / dinner (meat) is not worth ... There are enough restaurants outside the hotel

Grate hotel in center of Craiova
We stayed for four nights to see the local Christmas markets and lights. The hotel is located in the old city very close to the center. It was a very pleasant stay comfortable room and nice breakfast. When we checked out, the receptionists tried to call a taxi to take us to the airport. After 20 minutes that no available taxi was found, one of them volunteered and took us in his car to the airport

a not-bad hotel in city center
Excellent location, good condition and good breakfast. but the room is very noisy at night until very late when a wedding party was in the restaurant downstairs. The check-in was easy and fast, but I didn't feel welcomed and never saw any smile from the service people.

No me ha gustado
No me ha gustado nada. Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no tenía rampa abla entrada, la habitación olía mucho a tabaco, las toallas también. En el cuarto de baño ni una sola percha para colgar la toalla. Tuve que hacer una llamada de urgencia, por la pérdida del teléfono móvil, desde la habitación y no se podía llamar fuera del país. No ha sido una estancia agradable. Calidad mala para el precio y las estrellas que se supone tiene.

La struttura è molto recente, moderna e ben curata. Letto confortevole e cuscini comodi per un riposo ideale. Il personale è gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare le tue richieste e necessità. Il bagno nella camera è abbastanza ampio ed è dotato di ottime rifiniture. La doccia è molto spaziosa. Per la colazione a buffet ritengo che sia un po’ scarsa. Ci sono prodotti salati, ma come Brioches e dolci è molto scarsa; unica pecca da migliorare.

An excellent hotel!!!
Not the first time we've been here. An excellent hotel, located a few minutes walk from the city center. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is tasty and varied. One evening we ate at the hotel's restaurant, it was delicious and the price was fair.

En god og ny hotel i byens centrum , god service . Morgenmaden er dog ikke værd af en 4 Stars , kedelig og ensformigt , delvis usund, jeg savnede frisk og kold juice til morgenmaden .

מלון מצויין עם חדרים מרווחים ונקיים מאוד. מיקום מושלם במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה לקניון Mercure(סופר ענק, רשתות מקומיות, סטארבקס, fast food ועוד...). ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה מאוד בסטנדרטים האירופאים עם התחשבות של הצוות באלרגנים שבינינו. לא היה לנו את הסלולר הנייד שדיברנו עליו בתגובות הקודמות. מחיר מאוד מאוד אטרקטיבי למלון ברמה הזו-50 יורו לזוג כולל א.ב בחודש יוני. צוות אדיב שסייע לנו להזמין מוניות ומקומות במסעדות. שורה תחתונה-מומלץ ביותר!!!
