We didn’t have the hotel breakfast as there is a more than adequate cafe next door, which is more reasonably priced. Walkable to major attractions, restaurants and bars. Would definitely use again."

"The room I chose was very clean, had a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso coffee maker, large bathroom with hairdryer and bath products, comfortable bed and a view. The lobby space was large with comfortable seating and a complete barista coffee service. The location was right by the Queen Victoria Market and there’s a free tram that stops at all the tourist sites. And best of all the front reception staff were all friendly and quick to comply with any special request."

"Great value for money. We had a 2 bedroom and my son a twin studio. Was clean a nd modern, just around the corner from queen vic market. I was worried about parting with our large 4x4, but parking was fine at the hotel. The pool and spa is beautiful. Would def stay here again"
