"Staff was very accommodating. Had requested twin beds through Expedia, but got a single bed. They immediately changed rooms for us. We had car issues and difficulty using the emergency numbers for our rented car. Hotel staff acted as a go between to connect us to the people we needed to contact and were very instrumental in getting us on our way.
