Very friendly, and quiet comfortable nights. The restaurant is not yet open, but there are plenty of options nearby. If you are arriving late maybe let them know if you need bowls/plates/cutlery for the morning, as there is none in the unit. 2 cups, 2 water glasses and 2 teaspoons are provided (standard unit). Microwave, fridge and toaster are there :-).

We stayed for 2 nights Had no room service so no milk for the last morning On the last night we were very embarrassed as we had miss placed our key when we arrived back to the hotel so had to make contact on the after hours number On calling the lady was so rude and pretty much told us to come back at 9am the next morning, told us to sleep in our car and hung up the phone? Her husband finally came out and opened the door to give us a 15 minute lecture on how they have a baby, we will be paying for the key and that they don’t get paid to work in these hours.. we were horrified as we were already so embarrassed.. this is your job if you don’t like it leave it.. I would NOT Recommend staying at this place the service is horrible

Property was easy to find and clean and staff were friendly. Didn't like the fact there was no crockery, cutlery or wine glasses. They should be available in rooms.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly and it was very cold even with heating on and bedding not sufficient to stay warm.

Place is dated, though for an overnight stay was adequate, clean & shower was hot & strong… Basic needs were available ,, & staff did offer more if needed… no negatives…

It was lovely and clean, well appointed. Bed really comfortable and great shower. I travel for work and these points are an essential priority for me. I will definitely stay again

Comfortable bed and close to CBD, value for money. Found reception very blasai, wasn’t very welcoming, came out from office. Told him who I was told me what room I was in and gave me the room key, he didn’t have any PR skills and didn’t seem interested and no info about room or town. Wont be staying there again.
