The cleaning crew appears in need of being followed up especially with the cleaning charges . The yard needs some tidying up and the back of the house / porch needs exterior cleaning.."

"DeHart Cabin was perfect for our stay. We made a last minute decision to take a motorcycle ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and wanted to stay close. Lucky us this gem was available. We trailered the motorcycle and were able to also bring Piper (our Labrador retriever). The driveway was a little sketchy on the motorcycle but doable for the experienced rider. Lots of games, reading material, and near and far trails to walk, yet close to Lexington, Natural Bridge and VA history. "This was our second stay at the cabin. We stayed an entire week this time and would have liked to have stayed longer. Hiking trails are nearby and very easy to get to. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests, but the supermarket and Warm Springs Baths are an easy drive down the road. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and the hosts are helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year!"

"The home is lovely. The road to get to the home is a little survey and the road narrows, just an FYI. Only a few issues. With all of the fireplaces / pits, I assumed there would at least have been a starter package of fire wood. A reminder that there isn't would have been helpful due to the roads to get in and out of the location. Also the gas did not have propane, we had to run out and pay for the propane ourselves.
