This was a very pleasant stay. Storm knocked out the power to some areas and the staff was super sweet about it and handled it well. Everyone who worked there stopped to say "hi" which felt nice. Good breakfast and the rooms were immaculate. Will definitely stay again.

I was so happy after dealing with the ladies at the front desk. After a long day of driving their positive attitude and smiles were refreshing. Their customer service was excellent. I will stay here again. The lady at the bar was just as pleasant. Everyone on staff greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude.

Stayed here for four nights while I was in Roanoke taking the bar exam. The property is nearly new and very clean, and the staff are polite and knowledgeable. Furniture was modern, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and was served on time every morning. My only real complaint is about the amount of light that comes into the room even with the blinds and shades down--there's a sliver at the top that peeks through. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.
