At check-in the night before, the lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to stay until 12:00 instead of the usual 11:00 checkout since we had traveled from far, and she graciously agreed. "Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the harbor area. The hotel is very nice but the rooms are very small, probably because the hotel was built in 1816! The staff were very helpful with all questions."

"The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable and given the proximity to a busy road and a number of bars, I couldn’t hear any noise (even with a big football match taking place nearby). Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located for an event at Parc Chanot."

"The property and the rooms were very clean. We had a miscommunication with the door codes but the host was able to get back to me in a timely manner. We booked a room for 5 people and it was very spacious especially with the lofts and extendable table. I highly recommend this property for families and groups."
