This is a wonderful hotel in every aspect. The staff are professional and helpful. They reminded me what hospitality truly is. The hotel is clean and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with freshly baked cakes and tortes, yogurt, cereal, breads and eggs. And the coffee and cappuccino were magnificent. The hotel is situated close to hiking and great adventures. We had the best hike of our lives. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely return with the whole family. This place is special.

Staff very helpful and breakfast was very good with selections of hot dishes and hand made cakes. Single room was a bit small but no near to making any complains. Van transport to and from ski cable car available although easier to go by your own car. Nice restaurants for dinner nearby.

Lovely Family-Run Hotel
This hotel is run efficiently by a local family. It was very clean and the breakfast included delicious homemade items as well as local products. It is conveniently located just off the motorway and near the Skyway. Rooms were large and comfortable. I will be back!

Overnight stop before a long drive back to Calais. Check in was good. Gentleman recommended somewhere nice for lunch and as we were leaving very early(before breakfast) he kindly arranged for a kettle and coffee to be placed in our room. Fantastic view from the balcony.

Staff molto gentile, delizioso il custode che fa il turno serale. Struttura deliziosa in ottima posizione, spazi comuni appena ristrutturati, concedersi una pausa al bar è stato fantastico. La colazione mattutina ottima cin tantissime proposte. Alcune stanze sono ancora da ristrutturare ma confido che lo faranno con la prossima chiusura.

Nice enough stay not great.
It is a fairly nice hotel with limited shuttle services provided by the family owned hotel. There s a local bus stop quite near to the hotel. Stay was comfortable but I would prefer a hotel nearer to town.

The cakes alone make this worth the booking!
When I first came to the hotel I was a tiny bit let down as the photos looked better and the decor was a bit dated and basic (then again it is a 3 star so can't expect luxury etc, but it seemed more 2 star) and I worried the sound would travel through walls and I wouldn't sleep well. But I have to say, the bed was firm and really comfortable! I slept very well and it wasn't noisy. Staff were helpful and kind and the breakfast was full of delicious home made goodies. I was very disappointed that there wasn't any good fresh coffee, would have been nice to have great Italian coffee rather than a machine. Sll in all this met all my needs and was a very pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

Perfect, cosy and welcoming!
Loved this hotel! It was a little out of our way as we were doing the TMB but it was such a perfect little place it was worth it! The breakfast was delicious and the room had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The owner helped us with bus times to Courmayeur and was always available for questions and to offer assistance. We were only there for one night but would definitely come back.

Great place, relatively cheap, but very comfortable and friendly and with a beautiful view. It is a little bit far from the town's center, but it is close to the best nature reserves in the region, and there is a bus every half an hour going back and forth from the center. It is not so easy to get from here to Chamonix, France or to Switzerland (if you have such plans).

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us iwith the best way to get to Milano. We wanted to change the time for the tickets we had purchased. They went out of their way to call the bus ticket office to inquire and offered us a ride to the bus station the next morning. Taking their service to another level added to the pleasurable experience of foreign travel!

Perfect hotel for long weekend in Courmayeur
Had a great time staying at the Vallee Blanche for a long weekend in Courmayeur. We were a group of 7, travelling from the UK and the hotel suited our group perfectly. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The hotel's about a 10 minute drive from Courmayeur centre and close to the Val Veny lift, which takes you straight up to the Courmayeur ski area. Each day they run a free shuttle service to Val Veny lift and pick you up again at the end of the day. This made it extremely easy to get around and mean there was no need to carry ski gear to the lifts each morning. The hotel also ran a free shuttle in to Courmayeur centre in the evenings, making it easy to go to restaurants and bars in the town. The hotel itself was a really good place to stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and they offer a great breakfast each morning. We'd definitely recommend the hotel as a place to stay and would stay there again if we go back to Courmayeur.

Great, Friendly Hotel
Myself and a group of friends stayed at Hotel La Valle Blanche and were a bit concerned about the location with regards the town centre and the ski lifts. This was not a problem as the staff at the hotel were very helpful and gave us lifts into town no matter what time of day in the hotel mini bus and arranged pick ups from the ski hire shop to and from the resort. It was not a problem at all. Rooms were clean and a good size compared to most ski hotels and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend as a similar hotel within the town centre would be much more expensive.

Lovely Hotel with Fabulous Staff
Booked this hotel rather at the last minute and was initially concerned that it was a bit out of the way, being a few km outside Courmayeur. It is true that it is slightly out of the town, but firstly there are several other really good places just by it (e.g. Armadillo and Dandelion) and also the great staff who can arrange shuttles into town or to the ski-hire shop, made this not a problem. Has a very nice and surprisingly lively bar of its own. Nice breakfasts, although if there is one thing that would make this hotel even better, it would be a little bit more variety at breakfast. Overall totally recommended however.

This is our 2nd stay here, and yet again it was beautiful, there are a couple of restaurants near by, a local bar which is excellent, the mont blanc sky way cable car is about 10 mins to walk to and the town of courmayor is about 30 mins walk, as well as local bus services. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beds are big and cosy, we had a balcony with a spectacular view of the mountain. the guys on reception are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and solid leaving us full and ready for the day ahead

The closest place to heaven
My experience began with my arrival to Courmayeur bus station, not speaking Italian the tourism office contacted the hotel and they promptly came to get me to take me to the hotel. My room was clean, awesome view of the mountain. This family owned hotel and it's restaurant staff were GREAT. No matter what I needed i.e. directions, bus schedule times, where I should see...The list goes on. The price was GREAT too. There was one day I missed my bus for my activities and I was willing to wait for the next bus but the owner insisted on taking me the entire way himself. GRAZIE GRAZIE to all at the hotel.

Great small alpine hotel. Everything you need, comfortable but not fancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Speak English. Good recommendations for local restaurants and ski rental. Ski rental company came to hotel to pick up and drive to lifts. Good quality breakfast and nice bar for an afternoon drink.

Very clean, beautiful location and friendly place
We arrived on a Friday evening in low cloud. Shown to a simply furnished but exceptionally clean room. Really, the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in! The next morning a clear sky revealed the most amazing view of the mountains. The hotel owner is extremely helpful, advising us on best place to rent ski equipment and organising lifts. They recommended a wonderful restaurant (Dandelion) and made our short stay very comfortable. Unfortunately one of our party suffered a bad injury on the slopes. The hotel went out of their way to guide us and support us (by picking us up from the trauma unit, marking the route to get equipment (crutches) etc). Genuine kind, warm and helpful people. Not ever intrusive. Probably the all round best hotel I have been to. It is simple but it has everything you need. It is quite far from the lifts but transfers were easy and it was actually nicer to be out of the 'busyness' of the town. The restaurants local to the hotel had much nicer service standards and better value for money. For transfers to and from airports it is probably easier/cheaper to hire a car, we did and left it parked in the car park (free/next to hotel) all the stay.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door, the people working on reception were always very helpful with directions and advice to booking the things we wanted. the hotel location is perfect, with amazing views of the Aosta valley, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the Mont Blanc Skyway/ Funivia and about a half hour walk / 5 minute drive from the nearby town of Courmayer. There are local restaurants near by and a nice wine bar that is definitely worth a visit. The room itself was very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable, our room had a balcony which was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee while taking in the views. There was a nice big car park right outside which made it very easy. The breakfast was nice too with fresh cooked eggs and bacon as well as a nice selection of pastries, cold meats, cheeses and cereals. This was a great trip to enjoy with good sunny weather and we are already planning our next trip and hope to be back to enjoy it when the snow is there. We will be back

Mountain lodge
This hotel has incredible views and is clean and quaint. The room was spacious and the breakfast good. It is a 5 to 10 min drive into the town of Cormayeur so good to have a car. We were there in the summer but could see that is well set up for ski lovers.

Great place to stay in courmayeur
We loved our stay in this hotel. I would strugle to find any negative comments about it. One of the reasons we chosen it was all the positive feedback online and it is all true. Hotel owner Mauricio and his staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever you need. Perhaps the location is not the best if, like us, you don't have a car as you can't really walk to the ski lift nor to courmayeur town (about 40 min walk). However, the hotel has a deal with the ski hire shop, located at the bottom to the gondola, and they would pick us up in the morning and take us back to the hotel at the end of the day. The hotel, sadly doesn't serve dinner, but there are 3 restaurants nearby. The restaurant next to the hotel is the best one with outsdanding food. We ended up eating there 4 nights. We would definetly stay there again if back in Courmayeur.
