Ski in/out la Tania apartment with south facing balcony
It was completely renovated in 2006 and further improvements were carried out in summer 2013. It sleeps 4 comfortably – 2 singles in the bedroom (both mattresses replaced in 2015 with luxury types) and 2 singles in the living area. The balcony is south facing with a view of the mountains and is situated just off the Folyeres piste, allowing you to ski to the front door and down to the lifts, from where you can access all 600 km of the 3 valleys ski area. The balcony is very private and at times so peaceful you can hear the snow melt!
The apartment is fully equipped to include free hi speed Wifi, open plan living/dining area with flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and bathroom with washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. It has under-floor heating and its own ski locker and car parking space.
Included in the price: bed linen and towels. Change over day is Saturday or Sunday.

its a great apartment for 2-3 people. Apartment was warm all the times, water was nice and hat and kitchen was good for 2-3 people.

The accommodation is basic and needs updating (and painting) and some TLC, it could be a lovely place. The furniture is functional but the sofa, beds and pillows are not comfortable, there were stains on the duvet. The kitchen is functional with lots of utensils, the place mats are extremely worn and could do with being replaced. The washing machine dial needs loosening as it was extremely difficult to turn it on.On the plus side the place is warm and there is plenty of hot water and as long as there is loads of snow you can get onto the slopes and down to the ski lift.

Appartement très clair et calme, vue sur la montagne et au pied des pistes (départ et arrivée en ski de l'immeuble). Casier pour les skis et garage pour le véhicule. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner pour passer à nouveau un agréable séjour dans une station familiale et à taille humaine, et raccorder au plus grand domaine skiable au monde. Merci au propriétaire

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to the 3 Valleys. The facilities are fantastic and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy to ski in and out and close access to the village.

We stayed in August 2016. The apartment is well equipped and met all our requirements for a perfect holiday. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and had a relaxing time together. Parking was no problem and access to the apartment is excellent. We knew La Tania from winter ski trips so found the village perfect for our Summer expeditions up into the Mountains. The Free Internet was an added bonus and worked very well. Towels were provided and there were plenty of little extras in the kitchen. All round an apartment that we would recommend to anyone

Had a lovely week in the apartment just after New Year. Great location just at the bottom of the Folyeres piste above the village. Nice view of Dou des Lanches, plenty of hot water on tap and nice and warm...just what you need after skiing. La Tania is perfect for kids with apres ski sledging and lots of activities organised by the Tourist office. They also do a great Vin Chaud!! :)
