"I was unable to plug my phone in on the nightstand unless the desk light was turned on, since the outlet appeared to be connected to the lamp. The nightstand on the other side of the bed did not have an accessible outlet because the bed was pushed against it, so nothing could be plugged in there. We also asked housekeeping for towels and coffee. We needed the extra towels because water from the shower leaked under the shower door and onto the floor. It might help if the shower head were angled more toward the wall or downward. It was positioned quite high, and since I’m short, the water was hitting me in the face. Housekeeping dropped off towels but did not pick up the wet ones we had left on the floor. They also brought coffee, but there were no cups or sugar provided. On a positive note, everything else was great. The room was spacious and laid out nicely and clean."

"This was my favorite trip I have taken ever and a huge part of that was because of the staff here. Everyone was kind and laid back and welcoming. It's so clean yet you hardly see people working. It's very impressive. The views were fantastic. The hot tub was perfect. You can tell the owner takes care of his staff. That makes a huge impact on any business. I adore you all and can't wait to go back. Shout out to my girl in the winnebago, the head security guy and my shuttle driver. And the guy at the front desk that is always there. I think he gets Mondays off! Great staff! Thank you all!! "

"I have read few comments complaining that the building was old, yes it is, but it is comfy and most importantly very clean. The service was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would recommend and comeback the next time I am in the aera."

"Newer built. BEDS: uncomfortable with horrible pillows and scratchy sheets. SHOWER: not too bad water pressure, I'd rate it a C+. BREAKFAST: not very good, we were offered old omelets, smoked sausage that tasted like pure fat, lukewarm not cooked all the way potatoes with a seasoning that was so bad!! Coffee was ok and so was the oatmeal."
