Calling all adventure seekers! Whether you are out hiking or biking on the 400+ miles of trails, practicing your swing on pristine golf courses, or fishing for trout in Oak Creek you will be happy to come back and relax, cook your favorite meals and enjoy time together!

Our adorable, cozy home is perfectly located on a large plot of land in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona near shops restaurants and hiking trails. Our ground-level large studio suite offers a stocked full sized kitchen and all the comfort and convenience along with a quiet outdoor dining/gathering space. The yard is fully enclosed. Great for a couple's retreat or families traveling with young kids. Our pull-out sofa turns into a comfy second bed and we have a pack 'n play crib for those traveling with a baby. Should your group need more space you could rent both units with the upper level unit (two bedrooms unit with full kitchen)—just inquire with us!

The owners use this home often and have enjoy having some of their gently used furniture here along with brand new comfy bed, kitchen items, linens, etc. Your comfort means a lot to us so we hope you will come, relax and enjoy our special home!

Brooke & Tim were great hosts and very accommodating. The house is in a great location - quiet neighborhood and close to main strip of Sedona. Room was very clean and comfortable. Has all the necessities. Will definitely return for another stay!

Perfect stay for two, seamless experience

Our VRBO experience was smooth from start to finish, with all information conveniently delivered via email, making check-in effortless. The space was perfect for two, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials. The washer and dryer were a great convenience, and the clean bedding made for a restful stay. We loved the thoughtful book with local recommendations, which helped us explore the area. This is the bottom unit, but the upstairs guests were friendly, and the separate entrance ensured privacy. The shared driveway was easy to navigate. Overall, a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

This place was adorable. If you like to walk, it's within walking distance of many delicious eateries and a grocery store. My friend and I actually preferred the quiet community to downtown Sedona. Great property and location- would stay in the future. Loved that there was plenty of mt biking accessible from the property. The neighborhood is quiet, there is ample parking, VRBO was clean and ready when we arrived and Brooke is very responsive. Keep up the great work and we hope to return to ride Sedona again!
