The Venetian Macao

5.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1042)
"The Venetian is a beautiful Hotel, we were in a gorgeous suite. The pool area was beautiful. Shuttles offered to and from the Ports and to different hotels. The Venetian is a huge hotel and you have to walk far to get anywhere. Not convenient in that aspect. Breakfast does not start until 7:30am. And Starbucks opens at8am. I would suggest walk outside to the Galaxy or the Wynn that offers a free Sky cab and Water show in the evening."

JW Marriott Hotel Macau

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1000)
"Hotel facilities especially the swimming pool area and The Deck are
great for families
. We were disappointed that some staff were not very friendly but it can be difficult with the language. There were some very friendly staff also. It took some time for the hotel to organise an extra bed for us with plenty of notice which we found disappointing. "

Conrad Macao

5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1000)
"Service was beyond expectation. We brought a 9 month old baby; he was recognised in advance and we were given a room upgrade with baby amenities. Staff extremely friendly and even swimming pool provided finger treats poolside. Overall attention to detail and personalised attention is noted and was much appreciated. Room itself was comfortable and clean. Admittedly not modern, but not everyone likes the fancy electronics anyway. But this was minor. Would definitely recommend for future stays."

City of Dreams – The Countdown Hotel

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....
