"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. "Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Laricio et ce fut un réel plaisir, tant par la communication avec Chantal qu’avec Veronique qui nous a accueilli à 22h suite à un petit retard. La villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout avec la terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme mais près de la ville animée de Bonifacio et près des différents sites à visiter dans le sud. C’était top!"

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property was well cared for, clean, and well stocked with dishes, bedding, etc. The location is wonderful, a short walk from the beach and easy walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The host is organized and provides a packet of information with clear instructions and recommendations for restaurants in the area. The only complaint from our group is that only the main bedroom has A/C. It was extremely hot during our trip ~100F, so the two...

"We really enjoyed our stay, with Riccardo responding promptly to all our questions and providing for a smooth check-in and check-out process. We arrived late due to inclement weather and Riccardo ordered pizza for us to pick up at a restaurant in Palau when everything else was closed. The rooms are well-sized with private bathrooms, the pool has a good size and the property is well kept. The property is very quiet, very relaxing."

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. "I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"The property description states that there is Air Conditioning, there is NOT! We had to find other accomadation and have not been reimbursed by the owner or VRBO. VRBO Customer service has been of little help resolving this issue. Stay somewhere else if it's going to be hot and you don't want to sweat all night and have mosquitoes in your room as there are no screens or mosquito netting so leaving the window open at night is not a option."

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

"Separate rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower with enough pressure, properly working air conditioning. The breakfast is great and with freshly ground coffee. They have a fixed lunch menu that is served until 18:30 so you have no worries about getting something to eat. The wine list is rather decent with nicely picked local organic reds, whites and rosés. Maora beach is within walking distance from the property so no worries about parking either. A great place to stay as a base to explore...
