Mi estadía en este hotel ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento la sra Rose me hizo sentir bienvenido, con un trato amable, respetuoso y muy profesional de su parte ytodo el personal.
Las instalaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y bien cuidadas. Cada detalle demuestra el compromiso del hotel con la calidad y el servicio al cliente. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, con una sonrisa y una actitud servicial que realmente marca la diferencia.

Rooms good and very nice staff. But some of the facility axillary areas like game room a little outdated. My kids lost lots of tokens and some broken machines. Staff amazing, cleaning crew and pool and everything else kids could not enjoy because of extreme cold wind weather or activities. But it some kids that could tolerate the cold stated pool was amazing. overall great experience but we spent it in the room due to weather.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean and very accommodating. The kids got to play in the pool and we were very close to access the beach. Parking was free and super close.
