After a 30 minute wait to check in I was assigned a room with beds that looked like hammocks & furniture that was worn & not acceptable for goodwill.
We were told we could have an upgrade to king & this was not, as a result we had to return to the front desk & wait again for another room. We wasted over an hour checking in. The second room was renovated & much better although some furniture needs replacement. We have been traveling since Feb 5th & this was the worst experience so far.
