Enjoyed our getaway! Close to historic Jerome and Old town Cottonwood had amazing restaurants. Perfect location between Jerome and Sedonna. Can’t wait to go back!

We checked in around 5:30pm, so we have no time to do something. restless night at this place. We had big foot right above us. this place is very hidden, it is in the middle of a small town, 30 minutes to sedona. Place was clean, but it has Different vibes. Note: This place is very strict at thier policy, you have to follow the policy or else. responsible for lost or stolen property: FAILURE TO VACATE: they will charge you a late fee of $50 for the first 30 min & $100 every hour after that, Personal items may be subject to removal by management. I stayed in so many resorts, I checked out late once but they don't charge me like this, when late checking out. That paper they give me upon check out got me thinking all night. I am in Sedona a lot of time, this is the first time staying here and Wont be coming back. property is outdated.

Great property with all our needs met. The unit was clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was great with a stand up shower and a huge soaking tub with jets(we didn’t get a chance to use it). Nice back patio too. Would definitely stay again.

Great customer service and hospitality, private quiet community, clean unit, small kitchenette perfect for light cooking, great common ammenities - fitness center, patio, large pool and jacuzzi, even saw javalinas roaming in the lot one night and low light pollution for amazing stargazing opportunity, easy 20-min drive to central Sedona and 7-min drive to gas/food/market, would definitely recommend and stay here again

This is a beautiful, well-kept property. Very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful planning tours, advising restaurants, etc. Property is very close to Jerome and Sedona. 4 stars, not 5, because of the noise the guests (child) made every evening in the room above us. Sounded like horses running wild. Reported this to management, but it didn’t help.

Very small room, you had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Neighbors were very noisy and walls are paper thin. Neighbors were up until 4:30am. Hot tub plenty warm first night, second night not warm at all. I complained the next morning and was told ‘you are the second person to complain’. Should have apologized and said we will look into it this morning. Beautiful surroundings, on a beautiful golf course.

We had a great stay at the resort. It is central between Jerome and Sedona and gave us a lot of opportunity to see everything. The extra bonus was to walk through Cottonwood a small near the resort. Would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood but a close drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The television and wifi were a bit dated - but everything else was top notch.

We liked the quietness of the area. The hot tub was amazing after hiking and the jeep ride. We appreciated the abundance of towels. Thank you for the coffee and laundry samples. We didn’t like that the concierge told us the time share meeting was a 45 minute video, when in reality the whole thing was an hour and a half. In the future please leave printed directions to that unusual coffee pot. The toaster oven didn’t work very well. We loved the Sedona area!

This was a nice value for the Sedona area. About 20 minutes into Sedona, but less than 5 minutes into Cottonwood with several restaurants and other attractions. Jerome is also nearby.
