The apartment itself was dirty (neat, and clearly looked at beforehand, but just residues of dirty in all the surfaces, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke). There were holes in the carpet/flooring and in the closet walls, and the general state of the place was very dingy. "

I also love the concept that if you see anything in the room that you like you can take and they will just charge it to the bill. The young lady at the desk was super sweet and very helpful. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend I would definitely come back! "

"We were only able to enjoy for a short period but we will definitely be back! The staff made sure they provided a warm and cozy welcome and made sure we had a seamless check in. It was so peaceful from the moment we walked in the home. We loved the picturesque scenes inside the home. No complaints 10/10 experience. "

"This place was a dump the owner was not very cooperative and refused my refund after just me and my daughter stayed for just 45 minutes. After I complained about a foul smell coming from the back of the house, also owner refused to get snow removed from walkway and stairs, I am a US disabled veteran and had to have to climb snow covered stairs and walk way. I texted the owner and informed him and was told that the management company had not shoved the snow and how they were supposed to do it and not him. I told him that I was and am a disabled vet and he had no remorse for me or my daughter. I wish him and his family well and I hope no one uses his property."
