This Hyatt was a breath of fresh air. We had some other bad stays at other hotels and this one completely saved our trip. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and our room had a great view of the neighboring minor league baseball stadium. And the breakfast was great too!

The property is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely professional. After spending the day with our child at UNCG, our door lock unit failed. Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She resolved our issue quickly, and upgraded our room for the inconvenience.

This hotel is very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a great location if you were going to a minor league baseball game as the stadium is right across the street. The parking lot is very secure and access is well controlled.

Location is great. It across the street from the minor league baseball stadium. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was no microwave in the room. That was a bit of a surprise. The only negative was the hot items on the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage were not good.
