The apartment itself was dirty (neat, and clearly looked at beforehand, but just residues of dirty in all the surfaces, and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke). There were holes in the carpet/flooring and in the closet walls, and the general state of the place was very dingy. "

I also love the concept that if you see anything in the room that you like you can take and they will just charge it to the bill. The young lady at the desk was super sweet and very helpful.
