"Its a business traveller's hotel. For us this place is far away from the city vibes where people want to spend time. After seeing Copenhagen we understand that there are lot of better options to choose from. Also to mention customer service is not at the top level. We didn't feel welcomed."

"Room was small but this was expected, cosy and clean. Staff were very helpful with providing us with an EU plug as we forgot ours. The lounge area in the main lobby was huge, chill vibe, perfect for 3 nights away. Lockers available downstairs paid around £5 for 4 hours"

"It is the most crowded hotel I have ever been to, but it is very budget-friendly. The rooms are tiny, but they are more than adequate, and the shower is great. Few staffs at the reception desk are not attentive, welcoming, though given the volume of guests they manage daily, their demeanor is understandable. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions Copenhagen has to offer."

"great place, fun vibe but would note that the bathrooms are a bit small in some of the rooms. Also if you have bags and are in the newer building there is some stairs involved. Overall location is great and would recommend it, esp if you love a hipster vibe."
