"The bar staff seemed stressed so we left and found a nice pub down the street. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable, the beds were great and the pillows were neither too flat or too dense. The room didn't reek of Fabreeze so that was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Helpful staff. Adequate breakfast, very small room with no storage, one lift not working all week, they charge £2 per item to store luggage after checkout. Never had this greed in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in so won’t be returning for that reason alone, good location."

"Nice room but showing some wear. Room overlooked a very busy street and it was quite noisy most of the night. The front desk said they couldn’t move us and gave us ear plugs."
