"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. "

The property was in a great location, the host responded very quickly to any queries, the property was very clean, homely and had everything we needed, the bed had the comfiest pillows I’ve ever came across and the host had left us milk etc for a cuppa on arrival, beautiful interior and all that was needed for our stay. The smaller bedroom is quite small, with no place other than under the bed to store your suitcase (unless you want to hang things in the wardrobe). The main washroom is a tub with a high edge to climb over with no safety bars. Entry was easy and there was parking if you're driving."

"While it was a brief 2 night stay, we were met at front desk by 2 lovely people, check in was seamless. Room was very clean with free water and tea/coffee and biscuits. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotela as we left early both mornings. Checkout was seamless and the reduced car park overnight rate was welcome!. Would thoroughly recommend as were were withing the cebtre of Belfast with wasy access to shops etc."
