"We received a very friendly and professional welcome at reception. We arrived early on the morning so left our luggage in the secure storage (donation asked for towards the Air Ambulance). The hotel was very clean and room facilities were very good. Our only negative comments would be that there was a lack of storage in the room for clothes; open hanging space with only 6 coat hangers (in a room with beds for 3 people that’s a bit lacking!) and only one shelf, no drawer space (apart from the one that had a hair dryer, but not near a mirror). Bathe room had a very good shower and there were plenty of towels. Excellent breakfast in the very clean dining room. The hotel is in a very good central position, 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and an easy walk to the City Hall area where there a buses to other rest of the city. We stayed for 5 nights. If we were to return to Belfast we would definitely stay here again."

The rooms were fairly basic and could use some updating, but everything worked as expected. It wasn’t anything particularly memorable, but it was a decent place to stay if you’re just looking for somewhere convenient to sleep. Overall, an average experience—nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either."
