"The room was very clean, and I especially liked the vouchers for the hotel store. The smoothies and coffee were delicious, and I also enjoyed the complimentary cookies. The location was also great as it was in walking distance to dining and shops. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway!"

"The carriage house is so spacious and bright. The kitchen has everything you could need. The hosts are super-responsive. The view from the dock is spectacular. With a location so close to downtown (but out of the traffic) you can't find a better spot!"

"This is our second stay here. The house is great! It is not perfection, but I feel the price reflects this. Inside is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We bring our boat and there is a boat ramp nearby, as well as a local marina that you can dock while eating at the nearby restaurants. The creek is tidal, so you do need to pay attention to the tide charts. Low tide can be tricky, but it can be done without too much trouble. The hostess, Adelyn, is very responsive and helpful. I have no doubt that we will be back again!!"

"We had such an amazing stay here. There was plenty to do for all ages!We thoroughly enjoyed the deep water dock fishing and crabbing! The pool was also relaxing and a lifesaver during the 105 degree days!We found many games in the living room that filled our nights too.Conveniently located to many things to do and explore. Could not have asked for anything better!Definitely a beautiful family oriented place, 10/10!!!Thank you so much for sharing it with us!"

"We love this house. It has a lot of history to it and plenty of room. Two refrigerators was a huge plus. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. It is conveniently located to the landing, the river walk, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the Florida room and sitting at the dock listening to nature."

"Everything was as it was advertised. The home was clean, kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The proximity to the Pigeon Point boat landing as well as Bay St is great. Our kids rode the bikes all over the downtown area. Highly recommend this home."
