"Perfectly located downtown. Sweet motel with nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds and nice linens. Refrigerator, microwave and TV all updated and working. Parked right outside our room. Do charge $12/night for parking. Not sure I agree with that. Breakfast every morning in very nice dedicated breakfast room with clean and nice public bathrooms. Food was very good with something for everyone. Even had fresh cottage cheese servings, yogurts and oatmeal for the more health conscious. Nice lobby with treats out for you and wonderful, very accommodating staff. Pool was fine. Not the draw but we did swim after a long hot day of biking on the Spanish Moss Trail!"

"We stayed at the Beaufort Inn for my daughter’s birthday weekend. We had a cottage and her family the greyhound lodge. Bed was wonderful and breakfast above most continental breakfast menus with sausage and biscuits. Loved the location. Very walkable to downtown. The issues were with the extra bedding. Couldn’t tell if it was clean because it was wadded up in the closet. Staff seemed indifferent about the situation! Also we went to the beach and forgot to get the pass from the front office. Nobody was there on Sunday am and I wish they would have issued the pass as we checked in. Overall a good experience."

"Loved staying in this remodeled old home, right on the water. Everything is so convenient, we didn't have to move our car once, we walked to Everything. The staff was helpful and friendly!"

"We loved our stay! We enjoyed sitting on our little balcony in the afternoon before our bike ride through the quiet streets of the surrounding neighborhood. We felt like we had stepped back in time surrounded by the mossy Live Oaks. We rode our bikes to dinner at a little Mexican restaurant right down the street that was delicious! We definitely plan to return in the fall!"

"My experience was excellent from the day I made the reservation. Very attentive. The place is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. They respond to messages quickly. Overall, I enjoyed it. I have another son graduating from the Marines soon, and I will definitely return to the same place. It's a 13minute walk from the entrance to Parris Island."

"Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!"
