"Everything was wonderful except when it came to washing my hands in cold water. Ran the tap for awhile and when I put my hands in it burned me. Steaming hot water ended up coming out. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff they said “that’s weird, we will have someone look after it.” I even showed her how red my finger was"

"showerhead doesn't move and flooded the bathroom toilet never stops moving water throughout the night and no it's not the handle being down bathroom smells like mildew jacuzzi in the executive suite floods over the tub because the spout lacks a little plastic cap and it spurts in a 360 jet moving a large amount of water straight to the floor and tub lip room smells extremely smoked in huge mirror held onto the wall with duct tape of 6 provided bath towels for the leaks and tub, 1 had holes and a few smelled like kitchen oil for some reason bed is okay window doesn't open and the smoke smell permeates your clothes heater doesn't work tv works jacuzzi and it's jets in the were okay besides the leaks but there is no real protection against mist or dampness exiting into the room so all the walls felt wet would not recommend unless you really want a jacuzzi for under 90cad"
