"We had an excellent experience at this VRBO. Rossina and her team, including housekeeping, the designated cook, driver, etc. were professional, friendly and courteous. Her communication is very timely and she anticipates potential needs & desires in advance, such as golf cart rentals, spa appointments, golfing, e-ticket required for entry & exist from the DR, restaurant recommendations, Casa de Campo credentials, etc. The apartment is impeccable and the view is wonderful. It's away from the "busy" side of Casa de Campo so it feels very private but its very close to Altos de Chavon shops, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend. "

"This place we booked in October. When we arrived in February, we were told that the hotel was closed to tourists, and the sister hotel was being used for a base for a television series. They put us up the best they could. We ate in the "staff cafeteria" arrangement. Lunches were ok, the rest, not so much. To reopen again to tourism, both properties need work. It was an interesting experience, but not anything like what we expected. The manager, Christian, was very helpful. Obviously, the owners didn't let Expedia reservations know that they would be closed to tourists. "

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house itself is gorgeous - newly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable for our family. We traveled with two small children and were able to rent a crib, high chair, and baby gate, which made everything much easier for us.What really made the stay exceptional was the service. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette was incredibly attentive and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for us throughout the trip. After we left, she even helped locate and ship back a pair of eyeglasses that had been left behind, which was incredibly kind and above and beyond.Carlos, the site manager, was also fantastic. We had two small issues during our stay and he responded immediately and had everything resolved within a few hours.Martha, who took care of the house and cooking, was wonderful. She kept the villa immaculate and prepared whatever meals we requested. It made the stay feel relaxing and effortless.The location was also great. We drove a few minutes to Casa de Campo’s Minitas Beach Club and Casa de Campo Resort area for the pool and beach, and we visited the marina several times for restaurants and exploring. Everything was very close and easy to get to.Overall, the combination of a beautiful home and truly exceptional service made this a fantastic stay for our family. Highly recommend! "

"This incredible rental felt like home from the moment we arrived…actually before we arrived. Idalis helped us arrange airport transport and golf cart rentals. We travelled with our 15,17 and 20 year old children. The quick walk to the Ruins allowed us to grab fantastic meals without reservations. The home as clean and well stocked with all we needed after a quick grocery run to the marina. The daily help was a mom’s dream come true as every bed was made daily and clean towels appeared like magic. I was able to really relax and focus on family time. I cannot recommend this home more! We will be back. "
